Amager Fiskehus – your local fishmonger on Amager in Copenhagen

The shop is located on Holmbladsgade 3 and has become an important part of the area's history. For many years, changing generations have served behind the counter in Amager Fiskehus and welcomed its trusty customers into the store – customers who know us for our fresh, quality fish and friendly and customer-centric service.

We buy the fish primarily from fishermen around Sealand and at auctions all over the country, and they are always delivered freshly caught the night before they are sold. The shop also stocks a range of seafood from other waters like tuna, lobster and king crabs.

However, Amager Fiskehus is not just a fishmonger. At the same address you will also find the restaurant H3, where you can relax in cosy surroundings while you taste some of our delicious lunch menus, which of course all feature fish and seafood as the main ingredients.

In addition to the tasty dishes, the menu also offers wine, organic fruit cordials from Bryghuset Møn and various varieties of beer from the same brewery – ranging from a regular pilsner over to slightly more powerful IPAs and dark Brown Ales. The restaurant seats 28 guests, but in milder weather we also offer outdoor seating so you can enjoy your meal in the open air.
